Location is great. Just 3 mins walk to many restaurant. 15 mins walk to city center for visit. The breakfast also great all you can eat with Irish breakfast. Friendly staff. The tram just in front of the hotel. However, no parking area and only provide the discount parking with 9 mins walk.

The receptionist was very rude and uncooperative, I requested 1 hour late check out due to personal reasons, he refused and insisted that I leave at 12...although it was a weekday, not a weekend! Will think twice before coming back here...

這家酒店離機場有點遠，打出租費用很高，服務態度不行，由於不小心訂錯城市，想取消訂單，和前台溝通後，堅決不同意，下次不會再入住。

The location is great, heart to the city center. Close to the offices and bars. The room is very clean and confortable. The services are excellent. I also enjoyed the breakfast for a good price. If there is a gym within the buiding that would be perfect.
